Service Description

This session forms the second part of our Stress & Anxiety workshops. In this session, our Stress Management coach, Sarah Dodsley, will discuss the key tools to better cope when stress and anxiety arise, and provide practical exercises in techniques including mindfulness, tapping and havening. You’ll also learn how to minimise exposure to stress and identify your anxiety triggers.
